1. The contest shall be called "St. Louis Wedding Giveaway", and shall henceforth be referred to as "the Giveaway".

2. The Giveaway will begin January 1, 2010. The winner will be selected and posted on the website on March 29, 2010. Voting will begin March 15, 2010 and end on March 28, 2010, 1:00 p.m. CST.

3.Contestants must register at charitylynnphoto.com to enter the Giveaway. To enter, couples must electronically submit a typed submission that highlights their story. Video entries are highly encouraged and may acutely influence the winners chances of being chosen.

4. Grand prize winner will be selected by the highest number of online votes.

5. There is no purchase necessary to enter. Both contestants must be 18 years or older. The Giveaway is open to all engaged persons regardless of race, disability, or religious preference. One entry per registrant.

6. In case of dispute over internet malfunctions, human error, circumstances beyond the control of the Giveaway and/or other mishaps, the decision of the Giveaways acting agent is final.

7. Winners may not substitute prizes or exchange them for cash prizes. Prizes are non-transferable.

**Vendors travel will be covered up to a 50 mile radius from St. Louis, MO. The winners will be responsible for any travel rates incurred by the vendor after 50 miles.**

9. Each Giveaway entrant will receive 10% off any wedding package booked by Charity Lynn Photography.

10.The Giveaways participating vendor, their employees, all contest sponsors, and employees of their advertising agencies or representatives, vendors, attorneys, and assigns are not responsible in any way for any defects, malfunctions, or any unforeseen problems with prizes awarded.

11. Any disputes and questions of defects, malfunctions, or any unforeseen problems with prizes must be taken up with the participating vendors responsible for prizes given.

12. The Giveaway, participating vendors, and its sponsors cannot be held liable for loss incurred in travel. The Winners in accepting this prize, agree that all risks inherent in travel and their safety and welfare are their sole responsibility and hold the Giveaway, participating vendors and its sponsors strictly harmless.

13. The participating Giveaway vendor, their relatives, and employees of their advertising agencies or representatives, vendors, attorneys and assigns and participating sponsors are not eligible to participate or win in the Giveaway.

14. The Giveaways vendors, sponsors, employees and representatives absolve themselves and shall be held harmless from any action or liability arising from the Giveaway, or prizes awarded in any Giveaway.

15. Additions or deletions to these rules may be made at any time by an acting agent of the Giveaway, without notice, but will be put in writing and be made available for public inspection.

16. All entries become property of the Giveaway and all participating vendors.

17. Multiple entries by the same person may be discarded and may be deemed as a cause for disqualification, unless otherwise stated.

18. All contest rules, execution thereof, participation, winning results, dispute of, and any information pertaining to contests are judged by the Giveaways management participating vendors, and are subject to their decision. The decisions made by the Giveaways vendors are final.

19. The winners of the Giveaway will be contacted via email and phone by no later than 5 pm CST on March 29, 2010. The winners have 24 hrs to make contact with the acting agent of the Giveaway to confirm and accept their prize package. If no contact has been made by the winners after 24 hrs, the prize package will be forfeited at that time and the second highest votes will be considered the winner.

20. Winners of contest must select a wedding date by May 1, 2010. The selected wedding date must fall between August 1, 2010 March 31, 2011; this is non-negotiable. The wedding date selection deadline may be extended if extenuating circumstances are present, and any extensions will be decided by the acting agent of the Giveaway.

21. By registering for the contest at www.charitylynnphoto.com, the registrant understands and agrees to comply with all of these rules.
